Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey conducted on 12/7/07 found that B J Snyder MD and Associates LLC had corrected the deficiencies cited under 42 CFR, Subpart A, Rural Health Clinics: Conditions for Certification and FHQC's Conditions for Coverage. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a Medicare recertification survey completed on 8/30/07.
